Copia Outdoor Kitchen
MCA designed this outdoor seasonal use demonstration kitchen for Copia: The American Center for Wine Food and the Arts. The project included an open air steel trellis structure covering a fully equipped kitchen which housed a commercial pizza oven, stainless steel Viking cooktop and grille, under counter refrigeration, polished concrete counters, and firewood storage. The state-of–the art commercial equipment used in the kitchen was generously donated by Viking. |
