Napa Square 2
The renovation of this 1950’s bank building adapted for commercial retail uses is tied to the design of the larger Napa Square LEED certified project which was also designed by MCA. As an adaptive reuse project significant seismic upgrade work had to be undertaken to reinforce the existing structural system. The renovation of the building shell is currently in construction and is approximately 75% complete.
