Napa Mill
The Napa Mill is one of Napa’s oldest structures and historic sites. The location has enjoyed a history of serving as a riverfront warehouse, mill, hay barn, and skating rink. The building was erected in the mid-1800s by the Keig and Hatt families and is now listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
The developer wanted to maintain its original charm and preserve its historic features and value. MCA commenced the initial design and planning in 1995 incorporating as much of the original structure, trim and finish in to the final product. Hazardous material remediation, restoration and earthquake protection was incorporated into all phases of the project.
