Historic restoration and renovation of this early 1900’s historic masonry hotel building required approvals of the National Park Service in Washington, DC. The exterior restoration included masonry repairs and repointing, reconstruction of courtyard balconies and stairs. New exterior additions included a vestibule, a pool and spa, a masonry screen wall, and a covered entry for weather protection.
