Phez Development
The Phez industrial building is a multi-tenant condo warehouse located in the Napa Valley Gateway Business Park. The 26 unit project includes 11,500 sq ft of office space and 22,050 sq ft of warehouse. MCA’s work included planning, design, project management & plan expediting, construction administration and tenant improvement services. The program called for a multi-tenant design that would accommodate a variety of users. The simple inviting building has tenanted quickly in a slow economic climate. The building is constructed of concrete tilt-up panels with a steel structure brace system and engineered wood roof framing system.
