Busch Campus Park
This corporate office park project is located on Chadbourne Road in Fairfield California adjacent to Anheiser Busch’s west coast brewing facility. To date the park consists of 9 buildings with 152,012 square feet of retail and office space. The buildings are connected by landscaped pathways as well as exterior courtyards. Brick masonry, concrete spandrels, curtain walls, storefront windows, and metal roofs give the project a stately unity. MCA has provided all the architectural and planning design work since the projects inception. |
