This building is an anchor to the entrance of the Napa Valley Corporate Park and a welcoming symbol to commuters as they enter this world -renowned wine-producing region. Utilizing a structural steel framework and a precast concrete wall system allowed the building’s form and shape to fit the irregular shaped site. The architects were careful to preserve a Napa Valley native heritage oak tree that exists on the property and is now a prominent feature providing shade to the entrance and second story deck. The building is now headquarters for Payroll Masters, American Homes, vanderToolen associates, and MCA architecture planning interiors. |
