The proposed project is located on the west side of Washington Street and the site backs up to the Napa River; it is comprised of 3 two story buildings with attached one car garages. All of the twelve housing units have ground level entrances. The proposed exterior materials include: board and batten, stucco, wood trim, trellis and railings, painted entry doors, and composition shingle roofing. The shape and style of the architecture combines traditional forms in a contemporary way utilizing warm colors often seen in residential settings.
